Acciparte

Leasing and finance companies

The vehicle is yours. Someone else has the claim.

In renting, leasing and captive finance, the vehicle's owner is not at the scene of the accident, and the driver does not know who the owner is. Acciparte closes that gap with configuration, not training.

The situation

The further the owner is from the wheel, the later they find out about the claim

The lessee has a collision, calls their company, the company calls the broker, the broker notifies the insurer and, at some point, someone tells the vehicle's owner. Each link in the chain costs a day.

Acciparte lets the fleet be structured as a tree: the finance or leasing company as owner, brands or client companies as administrators, and fleets and drivers below them. Each level sees its own claims data, and every vehicle has its insurer, handler and network of workshops configured.

When the driver scans the QR code, the report reaches the owner, the lessee company, the insurer that applies to that vehicle, and the workshop from the defined network, all at once. The owner can request a loss adjuster, arrange a workshop appointment, and receive the documentation the workshop provides against the claim file's reference.

Captive finance companies that bundle policies from several insurers can configure the insurer by vehicle or by owning company, without the driver needing to know which one it is.

What changes

What the claim file resolves in this deployment

A tree of owner, administrator and fleet

Each level has its own panel, managers and configuration. Claims data is consolidated upwards.

Insurer by vehicle

Finance companies bundling policies from several insurers configure the one that applies to each vehicle or company. The driver neither knows nor needs to.

The owner's workshop network

The network workshop appears as the first option after the report. Appointment, documentation and invoice against the claim file's reference.

Time to notification, measured

The claim file records when the claim happened and when notification arrived. It is the data that does not currently exist and that decides downtime.

A claims database

By owner, by brand, by fleet and by vehicle. For talking to insurers using fleet data.

Injured parties excluded from scope where decided

The deployment can be limited to material damage. Health data stays outside the circuit.

Getting started

Three steps and weeks, not months

  1. Onboarding and fleet upload

The company uploads its vehicles with policy, insurer and recipients. Once.

  2. Identifiers on the vehicles

One QR per vehicle, physical or digital, and credentials for each driver. No classroom training.

  3. First real report

From the first accident the claim file reaches whoever the company decided. Reviewed after thirty days.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with several insurers in the same fleet?

Yes. The insurer is configured by vehicle or by owning company, and the report reaches the right one without the driver having to choose.

Can the owner request a loss adjuster or a workshop appointment from the claim file?

The owner, as a party to the claim file, can authorise a loss adjuster and workshop and receive their documentation against the reference. The request and appointment are managed on the claim file.

Can injured parties be excluded?

Yes. Scope can be limited to material damage. Health data is a special category and never circulates under policy-based permission.

How does it integrate with the owner's systems?

By email with PDF from day one, and by API for data structured by segment. The scope of the data output is defined during implementation.

Can we start with one brand or one client company?

Yes. The tree is deployed by level, and the owner can stage activation by brand, by country or by company.
