Digital accident report for fleets, dealers, brokers and insurers
The claim starts on the hard shoulder.
So does the file.
The driver scans the vehicle's QR code and completes the report from the browser, no app. Fleet, insurer, broker and workshop receive the claim file within minutes.
Had an accident? Quick guide for drivers
- No application to download
- The driver scans the QR code and completes the report in the mobile browser.
- Data in under two minutes
- Number plate, policy and vehicle data are preloaded by the client. The full report, with photographs and signature, in around ten.
- Official format
- European Accident Statement in official format, signed by both parties and with timestamped photographs.
- Automatic distribution
- Each recipient receives their part of the claim file within minutes, not days.
What Acciparte is
A neutral data layer at the source of the claim
Acciparte is a web platform on which the driver completes the official European Accident Statement from the phone browser by scanning the vehicle's QR code. Acciparte does not insure, mediate, assess or decide liability.
- Capture at the source. Number plate, insurer and policy are preloaded by the company. The driver describes, photographs and signs at the scene.
- One claim file with a unique reference. Every accident is born with an identifier that travels with the official PDF and every later conversation.
- Distribution to whoever the client decides. Fleet, insurer, broker, workshop and other party receive their part of the file in minutes, at the same time.
The problem
The claim's minute zero is still paper, memory and a phone call
Everything that happens after an accident depends on the quality of what is captured in the first few minutes. And in the first few minutes, almost nobody is watching.
A driver who has just had a collision is facing a form they have never filled in, a stranger in a hurry and a phone they will use to call their boss. The report is done badly, late or not at all, and every missing piece of data is a call, an email and one more day with the vehicle off the road. Acciparte sits before the claim file exists, so that it exists properly.

| Paper report or loose form | Acciparte claim file | |
|---|---|---|
| Moment of capture | Hours or days later, from memory | At the scene, with the vehicle preloaded |
| Format | Paper, a photo of the paper, or an unstructured PDF | Data structured by segment plus an official PDF |
| Recipients | One at a time, by email or phone | All at once, according to the client's configuration |
| Third-party access | Forwards and copies with no control | Explicit permission, temporary link and log |
| Traceability | None | Who accessed what, and when |

How it works
Four steps between the impact and the claim file
The driver configures nothing. Everything the system needs to know about the vehicle has already been loaded once by the company.
The driver scans the vehicle's QR code
The mobile browser opens the report with the number plate, insurer and policy preloaded. The driver identifies themselves with their username and does not need to download anything.
They complete the guided report at the scene
Circumstances using the boxes from the official form, a sketch on the vehicle's outline, photographs taken on the spot and digital signatures from both parties. Preview before closing.
The official document is generated and the claim file is created
Acciparte produces the accident statement as a PDF with the claim file's unique reference, legible and easy to read aloud, which will accompany the claim through to closure.
The claim file is distributed and stays live
Fleet, insurer, broker, the other party and workshop each receive their segment. Authorised third parties contribute quotes, reports or documentation against the same reference.
The concept
One claim file, not a copy by email
Acciparte does not distribute documents. It distributes access to a single claim file, and each party sees only what concerns them.
A unique reference
Every claim is born with an identifier that accompanies the PDF, the emails and any conversation with the workshop, loss adjuster or insurer.
Each one sees their own part
Fleet, insurer, broker and workshop access their part of the claim file. Nobody sees more than they need, and every access is logged.
Reaches everyone at once
The notification goes out within minutes to every recipient configured by the client. If one fails, the others still go out.
Who it's for
What do you manage?
Pick your case and see what changes with Acciparte.
The driver completes the report. The fleet keeps control.
Delivery, technical services, sales, freight or passenger transport: in a fleet, a claim is a routine event that is managed badly because it starts badly. Acciparte ensures the report arrives complete, within minutes, with recipients already decided.
- The driver configures nothing. Number plate, insurer, policy, broker, workshop and managers are all preloaded. The driver describes, photographs and signs.
- The claim file arrives within minutes. Distribution is automatic as soon as the report is closed. The fleet, broker and insurer receive the notification at the same time, not in a chain.
- Claims data of your own. A panel per company with reports sent, vehicles in the fleet and the latest claim files. The conversation with the broker about risk uses the fleet's own figures, not the insurer's.

The customer has a collision. The first workshop they see is yours.
When a customer has a collision, the workshop that repairs it is the first one to appear. With the dealership's QR code on the vehicle, the first one is the brand. Without intercepting anyone: by offering first.
- In-house workshop in first position. The dealership is the first to offer, not the one that intercepts. The customer chooses between at least two options plus the option of none.
- Repair order against the reference. The workshop opens the repair order with the claim file's unique reference, with the photographs and report already received. No disputes over which claim came from where.
- Dealership branding. The report, the PDF and communications to the customer carry the dealership's or group's identity. The customer remains the dealership's.

The claim file arrives complete. The relationship with the insurer stays yours.
The broker only loses out from a claim: hours of management, requests for information, deadlines and a client who has to be chased. Acciparte ensures the claim file is born complete and helps the account manager with everything that follows.
- A complete claim file from day one. Bilateral report, photographs taken on the spot, sketch and signature. Fewer information requests from the insurer and less rebuilding with the policyholder.
- We work for the account manager. Documentation follow-up and deadline tracking. The account manager decides, and the insurer talks to the broker.
- The policyholder sees their claim file. A tracking area with a progress bar and a list of what is missing. The broker stops being the information helpline.

The claim notification, the way it should arrive.
Acciparte delivers the insurer a bilateral FNOL, signed by both parties, with photographs taken at the time and data structured by segment. It complements the processing and loss-adjustment systems that already exist, rather than competing with them.
- Bilateral, signed FNOL. Both versions, the joint sketch and the signatures in the same document. Fewer contradictions and fewer phone calls.
- Within minutes, not days. Dispatch is automatic once the report is closed. The notification arrives before the vehicle even leaves the scene of the accident.
- Data structured by segment. Circumstances, vehicles, drivers, photographs and policy as fields, not free text. Ready to load into processing.

The vehicle is yours. Someone else has the claim.
In renting, leasing and captive finance, the vehicle's owner is not at the scene of the accident, and the driver does not know who the owner is. Acciparte closes that gap with configuration, not training.
- A tree of owner, administrator and fleet. Each level has its own panel, managers and configuration. Claims data is consolidated upwards.
- Insurer by vehicle. Finance companies bundling policies from several insurers configure the one that applies to each vehicle or company. The driver neither knows nor needs to.
- The owner's workshop network. The network workshop appears as the first option after the report. Appointment, documentation and invoice against the claim file's reference.

Today's driver is not tomorrow's. The report has to travel with the vehicle.
Rent a car, shared mobility, ride-hailing and passenger transport share one problem: the driver does not know the vehicle, does not know the company, and will not install anything. The only constant is the vehicle. That is why the identifier lives on it.
- The report in the driver's own language. The form follows the European model of the accident statement. The customer completes it in their language, and the other party in theirs.
- The identifier travels with the vehicle. The driver changes, the configuration does not. The office, insurer and workshop live on the vehicle, not on the person.
- Notification before return. The office receives the claim file within minutes and knows what damage is coming before the keys arrive.

Neutrality
We do not compete with anyone already in the claim
Acciparte positions itself before processing begins and delivers the data to the systems that already exist. That is what makes it adoptable by every party at once.
Complements, does not replace. The claim file comes out structured for the systems insurer, broker and adjuster already use.
Whoever contracts, decides. Recipients and options are configured by the client. Acciparte executes.
Free choice. If a workshop or assistance is offered, the driver sees at least two options and the option to choose none.

Where is your minute zero?
Eight questions about what happens today in your organisation between the crash and the first data. One minute.
- Does the driver know, without calling anyone, which insurer covers the vehicle?
- Do reports arrive with photographs taken at the scene?
- Do they arrive with the other party's signature?
- Do the fleet, the broker and the insurer find out the same day?
- Does every accident have a reference everyone involved uses?
- Do you know what is missing from each file without asking by email?
- Can you say how many reports arrived complete first time last quarter?
- Can a new driver file a correct report on day one, without training?

Your minute zero is solved
Few organisations answer like this. If you want to compare your process with the Acciparte claim file, the demo takes thirty minutes.
There is a gap, and it closes in weeks
What fails is capture and distribution, not handling. That is exactly what putting the report on the vehicle solves.
The accident is reconstructed afterwards, not captured
Almost everything an accident costs your organisation is decided in the minutes when nobody is watching today. Start there.
- Vehicle preloaded: the driver does not need to know who insures it.
- Photographs at the scene, timestamped, inside the report.
- Other party's signature from their own phone, nothing to install.
- Simultaneous notice to every recipient you configure.
- Unique claim reference on the PDF and in every email.
- File status and pending documents in the panel.
- Claims panel with the reports of your own fleet.
- One-page sheet and QR on the vehicle: no classroom training.
Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask before a demo
Does the driver need to install an application?
No. The report is completed in the mobile browser after scanning the vehicle's QR code. The driver identifies themselves with a username and password provided by the company at onboarding, and downloads nothing. That difference is what separates digital accident report projects that get used from those that do not.
Is the generated report the official one?
Yes. Acciparte generates the European Accident Statement in its official format, with the circumstances, the sketch, the photographs and both parties' signatures, and delivers it as a PDF to the insurers involved. It is the same document as the paper form, captured with more quality and at the time. Assessing each claim remains the insurers' job.
What does the insurer receive?
The official report as a PDF, the claim file's unique reference and, for companies that integrate it, the structured data for the segment that concerns them. Acciparte does not access the insurer's systems or process claims on its behalf: it delivers the data and supplies whatever documentation is needed.
Does Acciparte replace the broker or the fleet department?
No. Acciparte works for the manager. It helps complete missing documentation and track the claim file's status and deadlines, but the broker remains the point of contact with the insurer, and the fleet keeps deciding who it works with.
How much does it cost?
The contract is B2B per deployment, with no per-vehicle licence and no per-user fee. Pricing is shared in a meeting, based on the client's actual fleet or portfolio.
How long does deployment take?
Weeks, not months. Onboarding is done once and what sets the timeline is delivering the identifiers to the vehicles, which we prepare together with the client.
