Dealer groups

The customer has a collision. The first workshop they see is yours.

When a customer has a collision, the workshop that repairs it is the first one to appear. With the dealership's QR code on the vehicle, the first one is the brand. Without intercepting anyone: by offering first.

The situation

The claim is the moment aftersales loses the customer without even knowing it

The customer bought the car at the dealership, but when they have an accident they call the insurer, and the insurer sends them to its own network. The dealership finds out, if it finds out at all, once the car has already been repaired somewhere else.

The dealership hands over every vehicle with its QR identifier and an instruction sheet. When the customer has a collision, they scan the code and complete the report with the dealership's branding in front of them. On closing the report, the first workshop option they see is the dealership's, alongside others and the option to choose none. Free choice, but with the dealership in first position.

Aftersales receives the claim file with the unique reference, photographs and sketch, and can open a repair order while the vehicle is still at the scene of the accident. The group's captive broker, if there is one, receives its segment at the same time.

The product is issued with the dealership's or group's logo, with a panel by branch and by manager, and the group consolidates claims data across all its brands.

What changes

What the claim file resolves in this deployment

In-house workshop in first position

The dealership is the first to offer, not the one that intercepts. The customer chooses between at least two options plus the option of none.

Repair order against the reference

The workshop opens the repair order with the claim file's unique reference, with the photographs and report already received. No disputes over which claim came from where.

Dealership branding

The report, the PDF and communications to the customer carry the dealership's or group's identity. The customer remains the dealership's.

Panel by branch and by brand

Each branch has its own managers and recipients. The group consolidates at the top.

One-page handover sheet

Printed instructions for the moment the vehicle is handed over, carrying each dealership's identity. We prepare them together with the client.

Claims data by brand and branch

The group sees on its panel what comes in from each dealership and what ends up in its workshop. Its own data for talking to the insurer.

Getting started

Three steps and weeks, not months

  1. Onboarding and fleet upload

The company uploads its vehicles with policy, insurer and recipients. Once.

  2. Identifiers on the vehicles

One QR per vehicle, physical or digital, and credentials for each driver. No classroom training.

  3. First real report

From the first accident the claim file reaches whoever the company decided. Reviewed after thirty days.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Is this intercepting the insurer's customer?

No. It is offering a workshop before anyone else, with free choice clearly shown. The customer sees at least two options plus the option to choose none. The insurer still receives the official report.

Does it carry the dealership's branding?

Yes. In group deployments, the product carries the client's identity, who is the data controller, and Acciparte provides the software and the automated processes.
