Company
An infrastructure company, not an app
Acciparte S.L. was founded in Seville to solve a problem every party to a claim knows and none of them controls: what happens between the impact and the first reliable piece of data.
Origin
Why Acciparte exists
Acciparte was born out of the practice of motor law. For years we saw claim files resolved late and badly for the same recurring reason: the report had been filled in from memory, without photographs, without the other party's signature, or had not been filled in at all. And every piece of data missing at minute zero cost weeks later on.
The answer was not another claims app. Apps do not get installed, least of all by a fleet driver who did not choose the vehicle or the insurance. The answer was to place the entry point on the vehicle itself, make it work in any phone's browser, and design the claim file from the outset as a shared object with permissions.
Acciparte is a limited company based in Seville, with its own team covering product, technology, sales, finance and legal. The platform has been built in Spain, is hosted in the European Union, and is the subject of a patent application filed with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM).

Team
Who is behind it
A small team with the functions a product like this needs: someone who understands the claim, someone who sells it, someone who builds it, someone who keeps the numbers straight and someone who reviews it legally. Product, technology, finance and legal are in-house teams.

José María Ruiz Novo
Legaltech and project management. Designs solutions for the basic needs of the claim and leads product, strategy and market relations.
Raúl Gil
Commercial leadership. Fleet, automotive and broker accounts, and relations with distribution networks.
