Company fleets
The driver completes the report. The fleet keeps control.
Delivery, technical services, sales, freight or passenger transport: in a fleet, a claim is a routine event that is managed badly because it starts badly. Acciparte ensures the report arrives complete, within minutes, with recipients already decided.
The situation
The expensive part is not the collision. It is the time spent not knowing what happened.
Hours or days pass between the impact and the moment the fleet department has a legible report. In that gap, photographs are lost, circumstances are forgotten, and decisions are made on the fly.
The fleet driver rarely knows which insurer covers the vehicle, whether it is on a leasing contract, who the broker is, or which workshop to go to. They do not need to know. With Acciparte, the fleet sets up those links once when uploading the fleet, and from then on the report goes straight to where it needs to go.
The fleet manager stops chasing the driver for a photo of the paper form. They receive the claim file with the unique reference, photographs taken on the spot, the sketch and the other party's signature, and can authorise the workshop or loss adjuster to contribute against that same reference.
Acciparte also helps the fleet team liaise with brokers, workshops and insurers: what documentation is missing, what state the claim file is in and what deadlines are running, without replacing the fleet as the point of contact.

What changes
What the claim file resolves in this deployment
The driver configures nothing
Number plate, insurer, policy, broker, workshop and managers are all preloaded. The driver describes, photographs and signs.
The claim file arrives within minutes
Distribution is automatic as soon as the report is closed. The fleet, broker and insurer receive the notification at the same time, not in a chain.
Claims data of your own
A panel per company with reports sent, vehicles in the fleet and the latest claim files. The conversation with the broker about risk uses the fleet's own figures, not the insurer's.
Workshop and loss adjuster against the reference
Third parties the fleet authorises contribute quotes, reports or invoices against the same claim file, with temporary, logged access.
Trailers with their own circuit
The trailer has its own insurer and handler in the system. The report reaches them just as it does those of the towing vehicle.
No per-vehicle or per-user licence
Contracting is per deployment, not by fleet size. Pricing is shared in a meeting based on the actual fleet.
See the report on one of your own vehicles
Thirty minutes with a real number plate, the recipients you care about and the claim file it produces.
Getting started
Three steps and weeks, not months
Onboarding and fleet upload
The company uploads its vehicles with policy, insurer and recipients. Once.
Identifiers on the vehicles
One QR per vehicle, physical or digital, and credentials for each driver. No classroom training.
First real report
From the first accident the claim file reaches whoever the company decided. Reviewed after thirty days.
Calculator
What the gap between the crash and the first data costs
Use your own assumptions. The estimate is yours, not ours, and it is not a promise of results.
Second column assumption: the complete report arrives the same day (0.25 days) and admin time per report drops to half an hour. Adjust the assumptions to your case.

Frequently asked questions
What happens with vehicle links the driver does not know about?
They do not need to know them. Leasing company, broker, insurer, fleet department and workshop are configured once when the fleet is uploaded, and the report reaches each one according to that configuration.
How long does it take a driver to complete the report?
With the vehicle preloaded, the data section is completed in under two minutes. The time is set by the photographs and the other party's signature, done from their own phone.
Does it work with leased vehicles?
Yes. The leasing company appears as the owner and is configured as a recipient where relevant. The report reaches it with the same reference as the fleet and the insurer.
Can we start with part of the fleet?
Yes, by branch or by vehicle type. Always with a designated owner and a thirty-day review, which is what makes a deployment get used.
