Acciparte

Brokers

The claim file arrives complete. The relationship with the insurer stays yours.

The broker only loses out from a claim: hours of management, requests for information, deadlines and a client who has to be chased. Acciparte ensures the claim file is born complete and helps the account manager with everything that follows.

The situation

The cost of a claim for a broker is the account manager's time

A paper report photographed with a phone, missing the other party's signature, without photographs of the damage, and with the number plate misspelled. That is the usual starting point, and it is where the insurer's requests for information come from.

With Acciparte, the broker's policyholder completes the report using their vehicle's QR code, and the broker receives it within minutes: bilateral, signed, with photographs and the claim file's unique reference. The insurer receives the official report at the same time.

From there, Acciparte works for the account manager. It helps complete any documentation the insurer requires, works with the policyholder to resolve anything missing, tracks the claim file's status and monitors deadlines. The broker keeps its relationship with the insurer and its agreements: Acciparte does not process claims with the insurer, and does not access its systems or the communication platforms between entities.

The policyholder also has a tracking area where they can see the status of their claim file and what is still needed. Fewer calls to the broker asking what is happening with their claim.

What changes

What the claim file resolves in this deployment

A complete claim file from day one

Bilateral report, photographs taken on the spot, sketch and signature. Fewer information requests from the insurer and less rebuilding with the policyholder.

We work for the account manager

Documentation follow-up and deadline tracking. The account manager decides, and the insurer talks to the broker.

The policyholder sees their claim file

A tracking area with a progress bar and a list of what is missing. The broker stops being the information helpline.

No access to the insurer's systems

Acciparte does not enter the insurer's processing platforms or inter-entity communication systems. The relationship and the agreements belong to the broker.

Panel with the broker's identity

Profiles by office and by account manager. Included in onboarding, at no extra cost.

Identifiers for the portfolio

Physical or digital QR codes for motor policyholders, delivered at renewal or by campaign.

Getting started

Three steps and weeks, not months

  1. Onboarding of the brokerage and its clients

Each fleet client is set up with its vehicles, its policies and the brokerage as recipient.

  2. Identifiers on each client's vehicles

The QR goes on the insured vehicle. The brokerage keeps working with the insurer as before.

  3. First real report

The claim file reaches the brokerage and the insurer at the same time, with the reference they will use to talk about it.
