What data we process and why
Contact form and demo request. Name, company, email, phone, type of organisation and message. Purpose: responding to the request, arranging the demo and maintaining the subsequent business relationship. Legal basis: taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request and, for subsequent communications, legitimate interest in the business relationship with the company the person represents.
Newsletter. Email address and, where indicated, language. Purpose: sending Acciparte's newsletter on the digital accident report, regulation and claims data, at most monthly. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to admin@acciparte.com or through the unsubscribe link in every email. Data is kept until consent is withdrawn. It is not shared with third parties and no sending providers outside the European Union are used.
Email. Data you send us by email is processed to handle your request, on the same legal basis.
Browsing. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Technical server logs (IP address, date, page requested) are retained for security for the minimum period strictly necessary.
Claim file data. Data processed on the Acciparte platform within a deployment contracted by a company is processed on that company's behalf, as data controller, under the data processing agreement signed with it. You can review the permissions model on the security and data page. If you are a driver with an open claim file, direct your requests to the company that contracted the service, or to admin@acciparte.com, stating the claim file's reference.
Retention
Contact data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods. Technical logs are retained for the minimum time required for security.
Recipients
We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. We use hosting and email providers acting as data processors, with servers in the European Union.
Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to admin@acciparte.com, proving your identity. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
