What is Acciparte?
Acciparte is a neutral B2B infrastructure for capturing the traffic accident report at the moment of the claim, by scanning a vehicle QR code from the mobile browser, and turning it into a claim file with structured data that is automatically distributed to the fleet, insurer, broker, workshop and other parties configured by the client. It is based in Seville.
Who is Acciparte for?
For organisations that manage vehicles or motor policies: company fleets, dealer groups and car retailers, insurance brokers, insurers, leasing and finance companies, and rent a car, shared mobility and coach operators. The driver is the end user, but not the client.
Do you have to download an application?
No. The report is completed in the mobile browser by scanning the QR code. The driver identifies themselves with a username and password, but installs nothing. See how it works.
Is the generated report the official one?
Yes. Acciparte generates the European Accident Statement in its official format, with the circumstances, the sketch, the photographs and both parties' signatures, and delivers it as a PDF to the insurers involved. It is the same document as the paper form, captured with more quality and at the time. Assessing each claim remains the insurers' job.
Is Acciparte an insurer or a broker?
No. It does not insure, does not act as an intermediary, does not adjust losses, does not value damage, does not determine liability, does not negotiate compensation and does not provide legal advice. It captures the data and delivers it to whoever the client configures.
How does Acciparte charge?
B2B contracting per deployment, with no per-vehicle licence and no per-user fee. Pricing is shared in a meeting, based on the client's actual fleet or portfolio.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union, with encryption in transit, role-based access control and isolation by company. More detail under security and data.
Who sees a claim's data?
Only the recipients configured by the client, and each of them sees only the segment that concerns them. Onboarded third parties see only what they have contributed. Every access is logged.
What happens if a stranger scans the vehicle's QR code?
They see a sign-in screen and nothing else. Without the credentials the company gives its drivers, no vehicle or policy data can be accessed. The QR code identifies the vehicle; it does not open its information.
Does it work for a private individual?
Acciparte is contracted by companies and organisations. A private individual uses it when driving a vehicle with an identifier from an Acciparte client or when they are the other party in a report: in both cases they complete and sign from their phone, nothing to install. If you have had an accident, the guide for drivers explains what to do.
How does Acciparte relate to sector-wide digital report initiatives?
Collaboratively. Acciparte provides the physical distribution of the identifier on the vehicle, bilateral capture at the scene and the B2B data structure. The official report the insurer receives is the same one.
How long does deployment take?
Weeks, not months. Onboarding is done once and the timeline is set by delivering the identifiers to the vehicles.
Does it work outside Spain?
The report follows the European model of the accident statement, identical across the whole Union, and the infrastructure is multilingual. Current deployments are in Spain; the platform is ready for other European markets.
How do I request a demo?
From the contact page or by writing to admin@acciparte.com. The demo lasts 30 minutes and uses a real vehicle from the client's fleet.
