Insurers
The claim notification, the way it should arrive.
Acciparte delivers the insurer a bilateral FNOL, signed by both parties, with photographs taken at the time and data structured by segment. It complements the processing and loss-adjustment systems that already exist, rather than competing with them.
The situation
The quality of everything that follows is decided at the first notification
A report that arrives as a photo sent by message, days later, missing the other party's version and with photographs taken in the garage, forces everyone to reconstruct what happened. And reconstruction is expensive for everyone.
Acciparte captures the report at the scene and at the moment, with the vehicle preloaded by the company that manages it, and delivers it to the insurer in its official, structured format. The insurer receives the same document as today, but complete, bilateral, with photographs taken on the spot and a reference for reconciling with the other parties involved.
Adoption does not depend on the policyholder installing anything. A report completed in the browser from the vehicle's QR code does not depend on the policyholder having anything installed. Acciparte complements existing applications with that entry point, and that is what makes the notification arrive, and arrive well.
Acciparte sits before processing and delivers the data to the management, loss-adjustment and valuation systems the insurer already uses. It is a data source upstream, not a system to be replaced.

| Option | What arrives | Integration required |
|---|---|---|
| Email with PDF | Signed official report, photographs and the claim file's reference | None |
| Claim file access | Segments visible to the insurer, with traceability | Registration as a party to the claim file |
| API | Structured data by segment for loading into processing systems | Defined during implementation |
What changes
What the claim file resolves in this deployment
Bilateral, signed FNOL
Both versions, the joint sketch and the signatures in the same document. Fewer contradictions and fewer phone calls.
Within minutes, not days
Dispatch is automatic once the report is closed. The notification arrives before the vehicle even leaves the scene of the accident.
Data structured by segment
Circumstances, vehicles, drivers, photographs and policy as fields, not free text. Ready to load into processing.
A reference for reconciliation
The unique identifier accompanies the claim file through the workshop, loss adjuster and broker. It is used to cross-reference without resending documents.
Health data isolated
Data on injured parties is a special category and does not circulate under policy-based permission, only with case-by-case consent. The insurer receives what concerns it, and nothing more.
Complements, does not replace
Acciparte does not adjust losses, value damage or process claims. It delivers the data to the systems that already do that work.

Getting started
Three steps and weeks, not months
Defining the circuit
What the insurer receives, in which format and against which reference. By email and PDF from day one; as data if integrated.
Rollout with fleet policyholders
The identifier goes on the vehicles of the fleets and networks the insurer decides.
First structured notice
The FNOL arrives signed, with photographs and in minutes. The insurer handles it as usual, with better data.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Does Acciparte compete with processing or loss-adjustment systems?
No. Acciparte captures the data at the source and delivers it to the systems that already process, value and adjust losses. It is a complementary upstream source.
How does it relate to sector-wide digital report initiatives?
Acciparte collaborates with the sector. Its difference lies in the physical distribution of the identifier on the vehicle, bilateral capture at the scene, and the B2B data structure for fleets, brokers and groups. The official report the insurer receives is the same one.
What usage rate does an app-free digital report achieve?
The variable that weighs most on the use of a digital report is whether an app has to be downloaded before or during the claim. Acciparte complements existing applications by offering an entry point with no download, from the vehicle itself, for the driver who does not have one installed.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union, with encryption in transit, role-based access control and isolation by company. Acciparte signs a data processing agreement with every client.
